Exacq Video Walls

I am trying to figure out how to use the Video Walls option and possibly how it differs from the Layouts option. I am able to create a new Video Wall, but I see nothing under applications. I found documentation on Exacq's site and on Johnson Controls site, but it is very basic and all it states is how to create a Video Wall and how to delete a Video Wall. Which applications are compatible with Video Walls....third party applications?

The Johnson Controls website has an image with two blue boxes in the Video Wall section and they list EX-DT -01.exacqts.local:2 and EX-DT -01.exacqts.local and I'm not sure what that is.
