I've been a long time user of Exacq products and was very pleased to start seeing some improvements in their support performance over the past 18 months. Quicker response times, lower waiting times on calls and some cool new ideas like their online support portal. lately it seems though that they have abandoned that course of action and are instead outsourcing everything to India as every time I call I get put through to a call center there with someone who doesn't seem to have a clue what they are doing. I end up having to hang up and call again until I get someone in the US- I thought outsourcing finished in the 90s!!!
Anyone else having a similar experience or am I just being unlucky?
