Old Exacq Servers Infected With Trojan Horse Virus

I have several old Exacq video servers. Several have been infected with a Trojan horse virus. The virus was introduced because of a remote tech assistance software with minimum secure passwords. The servers are Windows 7. Our IT team is removing the virus. But, I am concerned that if the machines go back on line, they still are at risk. The machines are not upgradeable per Exacq. Other than buying new, what are my options?
