Ethernet Extenders Needed For Project

Can anyone recommend an commercial off-the-shelf ethernet extender for an intercom project where we need to connect two remote IP intercoms back to a Comcast router in a different building? It does not have to be a passive entender, as we will have power available at both ends for a power supply if needed. If this is something that is readily available at industry wholesalers (ADI, Anixter, ScanSource, etc) that would also be helpful.

Thanks
