Ethernet Extender Over 2-Wire Copper Cable

Looking for advice on Network Transition. Recently I upgraded an alarm system and was able to pull a new Direct Burial phone cable for some outdoor beams. My question is I have spare pairs and need to ask advice if adding Transition Network EO2PD4052-111 or the like could I be successful or create problems for IP Cameras?
