Ethernet Capable Contact Closure Extension?

For a variety of reasons I won't go into I need to find a device that can accept 3 or 4 IDS devices (glass breaks in this case) and make them networkable so that I can get them where they need to go and then spit them back out to the alarm panel that is quite a distance away.

I have used several of these in the past that were effectively just serial extensions over fiber, but I have not seen or used one that was ethernet capable. Do you have any suggestions? I can put this on CAT-6 or single mode fiber if that is an option.
