Equivalent To OSSA (Open Security And Safety Alliance)

I came across recently OSSA (Open Security and Safety Alliance). I understand this is the organisation for "creating framework outlining a common standardized platform for security and safety solutions" . My question is, this is the only organisation or any other organisation like this or we have to follow this organisation standards only, like now every body is following ONVIF.
