I'm not one to get on the internet and complain. However, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with DW. Over the last several years we have had to replace nearly every DW Blackjack server we have installed due to total failure. I have reported my findings to DW on several occasions from the windows logs with no response or resolution. We have had to go out and replace these systems at our own cost. This costs us in labor, materials, and opportunity when we could be doing something more productive. DW to this point has done nothing to help us out. They typically blame us for the hardware failure, however, we've been building and deploying our own hardware for the last 3 years or so with virtually zero issues. We've done everything from Raspberry Pis to large rackmount servers. If we didn't have a track record of success I would tend to agree with them. When we rebuild their own hardware and install the OS ourselves we have no issues. We just had a client tell us last night after rebuilding one of their cubes that he has never seen the system perform so well.
I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced this?
