Does anyone know if it is possible and/or whom to contact to get a previous version of software for Hikvision cameras? The newer version is not compatible with a service we use. Thanks,

Oct 30, 2018Can you share what specifically is not compatible? I only ask because, e.g., with the 5.5 firmware that broke ONVIF by default there was a way to fix / re-enable it. There might be some way to do so with your issue.

Oct 30, 2018Which Firmware are you moving away from? You may be able to use the TFTP Updater to push old firmware on the device, but that bypasses all safety measures and could also brick the camera.
