Does Anyone Know A General Failure Rate Stats For Mercury Access Control Hardware?

Just wondering roughly how often does a mercury 1502, MR52 etc. fail and need to be replaced? Are there any statistics out there that capture this?

Have you asked Mercury?  I believe that the failure rate is extremely low.  In my time there we rarely had any returns.  That said, I have no hard data and you would have to ask them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will contact them. I was wondering if I would get an accurate answer from them as opposed to some independent stats.
