Does Anyone Have A U.S. Contact For Network Optix

I have heard that Network Optix does not sell their solutions in North America, but only through Hanwha and Digital Watchdog. Is this true?

Also, does anyone have any direct contact information for Network Optix support when using the Hanwha or DW API's that allow integration with 3rd party systems?
