Documenting and managing technicians has historically been a struggle for integrators, and I also think a growing trend on social media of #JustRolledIn in which auto mechanics document problems (and fix them in longer form video) is going to influence customer expectations of how service work and installs are documented.
Most of us have enjoyed the customers that say "Don't tell me what you did, just tell me when it's done", but what do you do for the other customers? Do your techs record video or just take pictures? Obviously, there are limitations for some customers (e.g. high security, healthcare, etc.) where this is legally not allowed.
