Running Data/Cat/LAN cable close to 'high-voltage' (120 VAC or higher) utilities are heavily restricted and conditioned by NEC/NFPA 70.

For example NEC 805.133(A):

* ******* ********** ** * ****** on ******** **** ** ********** **** Class *, *****, ******** *****, ** non-power ******* **** ***** ******** **** using ********** ************** *****.

(*** **** **:*** ****** ******* ***** *****: ***, NFPA **, **, ** & ***)

**** *********** **** *** ***** **** the ************** ***** ** ******** ** if *** ************** ***** ** *********** separated **** ********** ****** ** ***** conduit *** ******.

** *** ****** **** ****, ***** 120 *** *** ****/*** *** *** together *** ***** *** ****** **** 2", ** *** ** ******** **** to ********* *** *****?
