Do "Corn-Bulb" LED Cause Flickering Video Surveillance Recording Problems?

A subscriber recently shared a recording problem they had where 'corn bulb' LEDs flicker at irregular/different frequencies and it caused recording false alarm issues for their surveillance system.

"Corn-Bulb" LEDs are a new term for me, but they are fairly common outdoors and are often used in parking lots, stadiums, and street lights:
