Are DMP Cameras Hikvision Rebrands?

Hello everyone, can someone confirm if DMP cameras are in fact "Hikvision" rebranded cameras?, I read on previous comments that the "phone home" is not possible as their cameras run a DMP software and communicate to their DMP servers?, can anyone corroborate that statement?
