The NY Times published footage from Ukraine taken by the dashboard camera of a medic showing aid workers, one an American volunteer, killed and injured after a missile thought to be fired by a Russian soldier impacts. This frame from the footage shows the moment just before impact.

The missile is likely a Kornet antitank guided missile, which has a range of around three miles and is used by the Russian army.
