Control Panel Disposal?

What transactional data is typically stored on a local control panel for an access control system? We are removing old Brivo panels, and I do not want to throw them out until I verify no employee data is stored in the panel. We have a central server for the system, just not sure how much of the information is downloaded to the control panels.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
