I am trying to connect the AXIS Body Cameras to Milestone Corporate via the AXIS Optimizer Body Worn Plug in. No matter what I try, I am unable to establish a connection between the Optimizer plugin and the Management Server. The Management Server is separate from the Recording Server. The Body Worn plugin is installed on the Recording Server. When I try to use known credentials to login the PlugIn to the Management Server all attempts fail. Has anyone successfully made this connection and encountered similar issues?
