Connecting A Microphone To IDIS Cameras

I have come across an IDIS DC-D4513WRZ dome. These have audio input terminals but no built-in mic. We have a request to add audio i.e. an outboard microphone.

I'm uncertain whether this needs to be a powered mic module and if so how to draw power from a PoE camera. Or if an entirely redundant power supply is required.
