I am curious if there is an industry site similar to the government's sam.gov or gsa.gov where private individuals/entities can post a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The funding cycle for the DHS safety grants for 2020 is about to start and from what I am seeing, people are kind of on their own and have to rely on local web searches. Anybody have ideas or suggestions?
