I'm looking for a very low cost camera with local storage capabilities to keep bandwidth consumption low. The camera doesn't need to be that reliable as we're just looking to check a box for compliance in a food service environment. But preferably, it would be easy to install and have a mobile app.
The best I've seen along these lines is Eufy. Which is about $129/camera and appears to be very well-liked.
