Camera With Built In PoE Extender For Another Camera

Is anyone aware of something similar to the Hanwha XNV-6081RE at a lower price point with fixed wide angle lens where you can supply PoE + and connect an additional camera to the first camera? The Hanwha model has vari-focal that is not needed and is their higher end X series. The issue is pulling new cable to the location is next to impossible and adding a switch at the location on the existing camera cable run is also not ideal due to AC power needs. The camera needs to be vandal and outdoor rated dome.
