Camera Side Dewarping Question
If dewarping happens on the camera side rather than the VMS side. Does this mean that the raw image is not available to the VMS therefore you are only limited to recorded footage that is dewarped essentially creating blind spots?

Hi Michael, that is correct. It's the number one disadvantage to camera side dewarping. And the number one reason to use client side.
We talk about this in our Panoramic Camera Shootout. I generally recommend that you record a dual panorama or quad view stream in addition to any dewarped streams you're using, to give you an overview of the scene.
