Would it be possible to make a list of all the factories around the globe (China, Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, etc) that are making cameras for all the other "manufacturers" around the world? I guess a list of the primary vendor and then whom they OEM for.

it is a very complex list, branded companies often source from several OEM manufacturers, and OEM manufacturers often cater to more than one brand. some OEMs also have their own branded business in addition to their OEM/ODM business.
tell us what you need and maybe it will be easier to point you in the right way
