Grant Specifies Completely American Made Camera, What Is Best?

Hello All

i have a potential client that wants a system installed with awarded grant. however the grant specifies the products must be completely American made. I don't disagree but practically everything is made outside our country. I found a few, that claim they are completely USA. Reolink and Vitek seem to be among the top of that list along with Honeywell. Not sure Honeywell is but the web seems to state that.
