Best GPU Video Adapter Card For Multi-Camera VMS?

I have a client who wants to be able to view all his cameras (about 30) using the Hikvision IVMS-4500 software. I know it will not work well with standard laptop (his first choice) so he wants me to spec a desktop system that can handle all the video streams.

I did some research but there are soooo many flavors of GPU cards that I'm baffled about what is best. There are Quadro, GeForce RTX and GTX, Radeon RX -- and more. Most of the reviews on these focus on their "gaming" performance -- which I cannot translate into usable performance for a VMS.
