I've been trying to get Axis (6) Q6135-LE's for about 4 months now. I've never gotten a good answer from anyone at Axis, or any of three major distributors as to when they would be in stock. "Supply chain, COVID, personnel shortages, semiconductor shortages, no magnesium, etc etc". I've heard them all.
About 2 months ago, I just did a Google search and lo and behold, guess who had them? That's right, B&H. For a brief moment (about 2 days) I contemplated buying them, even though they were $800 more than my price otherwise. It's a great account, eager to get their systems installed, but the $5000 hit to the bottom line would have been palatable to keep a good client happy. But, I procrastinated, and 2 days later B&H showed them out of stock. I added an stock alert, and then waited 2 months, crickets.
