Our company needs 'certified' techs in order to qualify for higher discounts with Axis. They said we had to go to a 3 day class, which just doesn't seem practical. I took the "knowledge test" and with the exception of knowing every specific Axis camera model, it wasn't rocket science.
I presumed that like everyone in the world they would have a virtual prep course (COVID, remember?) but I couldn't even find "United States" in the list of countries for their course catalog.
