Avigilon H4SL Cameras Not Staying Foucused

I know there was a discussion on this before.  I am looking to see if anyone is still having the same issues with the Avigilon H4SL cameras losing focus and not auto focusing on their own.  We have one customer that has over a hundred of these cameras installed and for the last two years has dealt with this issue.  Avigilon tech support has had us try some things with little results and we even had one of Avigilon's sales engineers on-site to look at it.  Can anyone provide a solution or some tips for getting this resolved?
