Are Companies Re-Evaluating Their Annual Sales Kickoffs? More Excess Or Less?
In my experience and from hearing from others in the industry, annual sales meetings in the industry can see the extremes of fun/partying, alcohol, destinations, and “team building” activities.
One of the more memorable stories I heard was about a company that brought in a money machine for employees, who upon earning tickets, could attempt to grab money for a period of time. Example below:
