Hi,

I would like to ask if anyone can tell me what brand/type this old analog PTZ dome is.

Thanks in advance.

U1, are you 100% certain it’s a PTZ?

Just asking as it seems unusual that the bubble would be recessed into the housing, as this might limit the tilt angle...

Yes 100% certain. Tilt angle is only downwards, not upwards possible. Not even a few degrees.

IMHO, the enclosure probably is custom, maybe an architectural fabrication?

Because I don’t see any ptz’s or ptz housings which the base of the bubble is not at least flush with the opening of the enclosure.

And the rest is too generic to ID.

Seen it but don't remember the name (which is really annoying). I would almost guarantee that it's an analog so you should be able to replace it with anything and have it work. Of course if it was an analog that used a special protocol it would have a special controller with a name on it and you wouldn't have the question. And I'm sure what ever it is, is not in still in production so you will have to get one that looks different anyway.

Same here. I have seen this over the years but can't remember the name other than just replace it, even if you replace with another analog, you will be better off most likely.
