Can anyone with recent experience as an Open Options dealer or end user provide any input or feedback on their experiences?
I reached out to one of their sales contacts on their website with a detailed explanation of our needs (as an integrator) with a promise of a callback that never happened. They only question they had was if my (with the emphasis on "my") customer was already using their system. Huh? Are they used to getting dealer inquiry calls mostly from integrators trying to cherry-pick existing Open Options accounts? Are there Open Options end users that are not happy and are reaching out to other brand dealers? I don't have any direct experience with them, so I don't have any way to know why the checking question before they'd even talk with me.
