Any Experience With Vivotek NVRs Or Vivocloud?

I have to pull the trigger soon on a nine-camera home surveillance system and I'm considering Vivotek's ND8422P NVR. Does anyone have opinions on Vivotek's NVRs in general or their new VivoCloud service?

Side note, I had been leaning toward a DW NVR solution, but I couldn't get installers to return my calls; perhaps the project is too small.
