Any Electrified Hinges That Turn 120 VAC To 12/24 VDC?

A member emailed me for a recommendation for an electrified hinge that inputs 120 VAC and transforms it onboard to 12/24 VDC.

Electrified hinges are common in access to power ELR exit devices or powered locks, but I have never heard of one that essentially plugs into main building outlets and then outputs low DC voltages. (See Door Hinges Guide for more on hinges.)
