Albuquerque Police Seeking $40m To Expand Surveillance

The largest city in New Mexico, Albuquerque, is seeking $40 million in funding to build up its police surveillance, including $10 million in new cameras.

That's according to an announcement from Albuquerque PD requesting new funding as part of the 2024 Metro Crime Initiative:
