What is everyone using for tracking, and billing for burglar, fire alarm monitoring. Are you using spreadsheets or a software program? If you're using a a software program what are you using and what are the pros and cons? Ideally we are looking for a solution that would integrate with Computerease which is an existing system we use throughout the company.
