We came across this interesting article on AI and machine learning being used in tiny, hidden cameras out in African wildlife parks to predict poacher movements and alert rangers to human presence in order to protect elephants. The AI-enabled cameras are designed to be hidden in bushes or trees and have chips onboard from Intel. The solution, called TrailGuardAI, is being deployed by non-profit Resolve.
