Per this WSJ report, the investment firm that owns ADT is negotiating a purchase of Ingram Micro.

Recall, in 2016, a Chinese firm HNA bought Ingram for $6 billion all cash. It was, even at the time, a strange deal, with HNA paying a 40% premium and never having clear 'synergies' / rationale to buy Ingram. Since then, HNA's troubles have mounted.
