The Congressional-Executive China Commission (CECC) is investigating ADI's Hikvision sales, with a letter three weeks ago demanding answers as to why ADI still distributes their products despite human rights and national security concerns.
Apparently, ADI is not deterred, as it continues not only to sell but also to promote Hikvision. Today, ADI sent this email offering 15% off Hikvision products, advocating "Stock up to save more on Hikvision products for your next surveillance project":
