Access Control - One Button Push For Complete Lockdown - Residential

I'm currently working on a residential install, and the customer is looking for a system that allows you lock down anything and everything that has the ability to open... sort of like the stuff you see in movies (windows, doors, etc.) I know we can provide something for the locks he has on the doors, but my problem is that I'm not sure where to start when it comes to the windows as I believe that requires an entirely different application altogether. Not to mention, I'm sure there are motors and other machines that operate those windows for opening and closing, but I didn't know if you guys knew a good place to start that is recommended as we're looking at a high dollar budget that is willing to get the best product available.

To make things more complicated (or not) he's also looking to achieve this through Avigilon's ACM, but I'm not sure if ACM can fully support the I/O for the window piece.
