4G LTE Enabled NVR/DVR With Cabinet Alternatives?

We recently were trying to put together a mobile security box to be installed in construction sites. We found that Dahua has an NVR with built in SIM card slot (MN4104) which we put in their PFA143 Cabinet, but I've had many issues with their support team, and would like to find some other similar solution.

For a cabinet, I see there is a Bosch security cabinet (NDA-U-PA0), but I don't think there is enough room inside for any NVR. I also see that Axis makes a cabinet too (T98A), but I think the room in that will be an issue too. Plus, with both of these, I'd still have to use the same Dahua NVR, as I don't see any equivalent NVR with 3G/4G/LTE functionality.
