I have a customer that just asked me if we do 24/7 off site camera system monitoring. I've never had someone ask for that before. We do verified video where the central station does a look in for alarms or panic button situations, but we never had a situation where someone wanted 24/7 monitoring of the cameras.
Has anyone done this for your customers? If yes, who are you using? I would imagine it's quite expensive.
