The company has a proprietary video surveillance product line and sells equipment under its company label while packaging it with peripherals, installation, service and warranty. 2015 Revenues exceeded $2 Million with a net profit of 50%. Existing Management prefers to continue with new ownership. Company available for immediate sale.
The latter one with a net profit of 50% is wild. Even with a proprietary video surveillance line, find it hard to believe that anything close to a 50% net profit is sustainable.
