So we offered 4 techs an opportunity to take the recent IPVM networking class. The deal was, do it on your own time, and if you finish the class, we will pay for the class. If you do not finish the class, we are deducting the fee from your check.

Our thought is this is a very broad topic, and increases their skill set, whether for us, or if they work elsewhere. It is not a skill specific to our company.
