At a hotel pool, I noticed this sign disclosing surveillance that reads "Your presence constitutes consent".
I presume this means if you do not like video surveillance being used to maybe record (or "Video Tape") you swim you have the right to leave, but the option of swimming in the pool means you forego objecting to recording in this area.
