How To Determine Client PC For Viewing Simultaneously 4 X 3mpx Camera ?
Why you do want to display 12MP on a 2MP monitor? I am presuming here you are using a Full HD 1080p monitor. Yes/no?
Does your VMS support multistreaming? If so, you should switch to lower resolution streams (e.g. SVGA) on the 2 x 2 display and still display the same quality with far lower graphics requirement.
My basic point is that you can save yourself move and trouble by using this approach. For reference / further explanation, see a similar discussion: Help Me Specify A VMS Server For Milestone
