Maybe with a picture of that sticker someone could help, but with what is in the picture now, not much to go on. Likely an Alibaba kind of thing.

2nd system down looks really close to me. Your picture shows a lot of rust, so an exact match is unlikely.

Look at the picture of this camera. That is a current camera, but the same logo. BIPRO from CCTV CameraPros. Good luck with it.
