What Are You Doing For/With Employees With Children?

Our workforce has always struggled with childcare. For those who own or manage, what are you doing with employees who are struggling with childcare issues? I don't have to remind any of you that after 1 or two issues, customers just don't care. They want what they want when they want it. I am interested in what you are doing to manage the schedules. Thanks.
