VMS Recommendations - 210 PTZ, 500 Fixed Cameras

Hello everyone.

Would people have any thoughts on a decent, cost effective VMS for approx 210 PTZ and 500 fixed cameras in a city area public safety setting. Based in the UK. Reliability and operator experience really key but also want to maximise testing of some of the existing/emerging AI capabilities and aspects such as forensic search, ANPR, etc. Lots of joint working with local law enforcement so the ability to share evidential footage effectively is another key requirement.
