Covert IP Cameras Disguised As Smoke Or Motion?

Every now and then we get a request for a covert camera. Are there any ones out there disguised as a smoke or motion that work with a VMS like Exacq? We have used the AXIS pinhole cameras but it's difficult to find a good place to install them. The only ones I find are cheap imports and the quality and compatibility is poor.
